Alby has devoted his life to wildlife conservation. He is Patron of the Australasian Primate Society and he has created a 2,500 acre sanctuary for orphaned and injured native animals in his beloved Coorong, South Australia. In addition, together with his sister, Maria Snel, Alby has supported DAD since its inception in 1986.
